Vice President of Operations
Mary Ferrell, Vice President of Operations, has never met a stranger. She is a veteran leader of the West Virginia healthcare profession with more than 30 years in the post-acute and transitional care spaces, and previously served as the Vice President of Operations for Stonerise Healthcare. She is passionate about companies that truly cares about their employees.
Day-to-day, Mary had oversight of Stonerise’s skilled nursing and transitional care facilities in the Ohio Valley and Southern West Virginia. She is a licensed skilled nursing home administrator, and graduate of Concord University.
Mary has been a member with the West Virginia Healthcare Association (WVHCA) since 2003 serving in multiple Board of Directors positions including President and Past President. She is currently a member of WVHCA’s Quality Improvement Committee. From 2005 to 2014 she is currently the President of WVHCA’s Foundation, which seeks to award tuition reimbursement to long-term care employees across the state.
Her other volunteer work includes the American Cancer Society – Fayette County Chapter and Warm Hands, Warm Hearts.
