Brian Center Fincastle | 188 Old Fincastle Road, Fincastle, VA 24090
A Respiratory and Rehabilitation Center of Excellence
In 1996, we began focusing on the ventilator and trach population as we recognized the growing need for this specialized care. From that time until 2010, we cared for ventilator dependent residents as well as traditional long-term care and short-term rehabilitation residents.
We have continued to focus on the complexity of care for trach and ventilator dependent individuals. This allows us to focus on caring for the ventilator dependent resident, and also provide support for their families.
This has allowed us to become the only true respiratory skilled nursing facility in the state of Virginia and southeastern United States. With un-compromised focus on the care and quality of life for both short-term weaning and long-term ventilator residents, we are truly a specialist in ventilator care.
