Low Moor, VA – The Brian Center Alleghany is excited to announce that the skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and long-term care facility is offering outpatient physical, occupational and speech therapy services.

The outpatient therapy services will focus on fall prevention and recovery, strength/balance training, post-COVID recovery, post-stroke rehab, joint replacement therapy, and related therapies.
