The safety and wellbeing of our residents continues to be our top priority. We are doing everything we can to prevent the spread of COVID-19, including staying in very close communication with local and state health officials to ensure we are taking all the appropriate steps under current circumstances.
Visitors with signs or symptoms of a transmissible infection (e.g., fever, flu like symptoms, COVID like symptoms, etc.) should defer visitation until he or she is no longer potentially infectious (e.g., 24 hours after resolution of fever without medication), or according to CDC guidelines and/or health department recommendations.
We are taking steps based on guidance from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) to reduce the spread and impact of COVID-19, such as:
• Enhanced infection control precautions
• Having visitors, and employees self-screen and report symptoms at entrances
• Increasing PPE par levels
• And CDC/CMS recommendations

Test Positive – Total current patients’ tests confirmed COVID-19 positive. Residents are removed from this number if a follow-up test produces a negative result.
Current data reflects residents and employees tested and results confirmed Monday-Friday.
A positive test does not necessarily mean the resident or employee are experiencing symptoms.
All facilities are monitoring for signs and symptoms related to COVID-19 in accordance with the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
