Kissito Healthcare announces new Chief Administrative Officers for Bland Nursing & Rehab, Springs Nursing & Rehab

Roanoke, Va – Kissito Healthcare announces the addition of two nursing home administrators to lead Kissito Healthcare centers in Virginia.

Kellie Whitt has been named as the Chief Administrative Officer for the Springs Nursing & Rehab. She has worked as the Executive Director for an assisted living facility in Alexandria, Virginia and did her Administrator-in-Training program at Heritage Hall in Tazewell, Virginia.

Whitt graduated from Milligan University in Milligan, Tennessee with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a double concentration in Marketing and International Business in 2021. She received her Master of Business Administration with a specialization in Healthcare Management from Liberty University in 2022.

She enjoys spending time with her family and her golden retriever hiking in her free time.

Pamela LeeAnn Fink brings more than 18 years of long-term care experience to Bland Nursing & Rehab. She received her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science with minors in English and Sociology from Concord University, and a Masters in Public Administration in Healthcare Administration from West Virginia University.

She has been a licensed nursing home administrator (LNHA) since 2007 in Virginia and since 2008 in West Virginia. Prior to entering the long-term care professional, Fink worked for the West Virginia Senate Committee on Health, and as a nursing home surveyor for the West Virginia Office of Health Facility Licensure & Certification.

She was most recently employed with Saber Healthcare, and before that she was employed with AMFM Nursing & Rehabilitation Centers at which she received the 2022 Administrator of the Year Award from the West Virginia Health Care Association.

She is active member of the community volunteering and leading several organizations. Fink is a member of the Princeton Church of God (Lifeline Church), PTO President Princeton Middle School (2022-2024), Kiwanis of Mercer County President (2022-2024), Board member for Mercer County Makos Swimming since 2021, active in the community with Princeton Middle School band, Princeton Middle School Softball, Mercer Makos Swim Team, PSHS Band Boosters, LSIC Committee participant since 2016 with various schools in Mercer County.

She is an Alumnae Member of Delta Zeta – Epsilon Delta sorority and has two teenage daughters.
