Roanoke, VA – Three Kissito Healthcare centers have received a Five or Four-Star Rating from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) Nursing Home Compare update for the month of October.
The overall ratings are calculated from three sets of data and the ratings from each set. Those sets of data include the center’s annual survey, staffing, and quality measures. Those ratings are calculated to determine an overall star rating.
The Brian Center Alleghany and Maple Grove Nursing & Rehab are both Five-Star Rated centers. Bland Nursing & Rehab is a Four-Star Rated center. The Brian Center Alleghany is the number 2 ranked center in Virginia from the American Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living’s (AHCA/NCAL) Topline Report.
The rankings come from CMS’s Five-Star Rating Program and data compiled and analyzed for long-term trends by AHCA/NCAL.
“These ratings are a great marker for the level of care our residents and their families are receiving,” said Beth Divelbiss, Director of Clinical Outcomes, Data and Education for Kissito Healthcare. “A big thanks to all of our care teams for their continued dedication and to our residents, families, and communities.”
