Two Kissito Healthcare centers rank in the top 10 Virginia Skilled Nursing Facilities

Roanoke, VA – Two Kissito Healthcare centers rank in the top 10 of skilled nursing facilities (SNFs) in Virginia. The Brian Center Alleghany is ranked second and Maple Grove Nursing & Rehab is ranked seventh.

There are 282 SNFs in Virginia, and Kissito Healthcare has a total of four centers in the top 20% of the state. In addition to Alleghany and Maple Grove in the top 10, Bland Nursing & Rehab is ranked 38th and the Springs Nursing & Rehab is 51st.

The rankings come from the Centers for Medicaid/Medicare Services Five-Star Rating Program, and data compiled and analyzed for long-term trends by the America Health Care Association/National Center for Assisted Living (AHCA/NCAL).

The Top-Line report considers a center’s annual inspection survey, staffing data pertaining to turnover and the number of staff hours per resident day, and quality measure data to determine the ranking, and measures that against the other providers in the state.

“This is an incredible testament to the dedication and commitment of our team members,” said Kissito Healthcare CEO Robert McClintic. “I’m proud of all or our teams and we continue to grow, and provide quality care for our residents, families, and communities.”
